Location is open, however preferred locations are California, Boston, Singapore, Shanghai, Connecticut, or Baltimore/Washington. The qualified person for this position will be a team- and goal-oriented professional with advanced knowledge in the search and placement of high level executives from VP to Board level. The partner will be responsible for business development and leading search execution teams to timely placements and continue LCG’s track record of being one of few firms with a search completion average of 100 days.
Lead candidates for this position will have a strong history of client relationship management and placements of high level/visible executives ideally in the broadly defined technology/information intense sectors. Candidates with global business perspective and an advanced degree such as an MBA are preferred. Candidates must have basic computer proficiency and an appreciation for the leverage that the firm’s investment in technology provides.

The office assistant will be responsible for administrative/clerical tasks such as but not limited to filing, creating/maintaining expense spreadsheets, scanning and emailing documents to the finance and administration office, plus various other search related tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess a high level of proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and an extreme attention to detail. Previous office assistant experience a plus but not required.
