With 16 years’ diverse experience in recruiting, sales, consulting and business development on three continents, Dan is a dedicated, collaborative and results-driven professional with strong leadership, project management, coaching and relationship building skills which benefit his clients and candidates alike. Dan was recruited to Leadership Capital Group from a leading privately-held international consulting, learning and diagnostics company known for working at the Board and senior executive level where Dan spent nearly 5 years as a human performance consultant coaching some of the worlds’ top executives. As a top executive coach, Dan also lead that organization’s Global Enterprise Wide Sales Team and was accountable for the development of that organizations’ V2 of their Performance Diagnostic™ which has been successfully implemented in more than 100 major companies worldwide. Earlier in his career, Dan worked in executive recruiting both in corporate and retained search with such companies as Sapient and Christian & Timbers (now CT Partners) as well as several other large and well regarded companies in their respective industries. Dan earned his degree in Communications from Cleveland State University.

Dan has performed senior level executive and board level searches for some of the world’s leading brands spanning many different industries.  Much of Dan’s experience has been partnering with clients such as Rolls Royce , Kaiser Permanente, Hilton Worldwide, Affinion,  Red Hat, Cognizant, Sterling Commerce, Vertrue, TravelCLICK and the United States Tennis Association to conduct mission critical, senior level engagements.
 
As a founding member of Leadership Capital Group’s Mid-Atlantic presence, Dan has played a major role in the design and delivery of Leadership Capital Groups’ Management Assessment and Planning Services (M.A.P.S) offering. Having previously worked with Leadership Capital Groups co-founders, Marc Lewis and Bill Liguori, Dan brings to Leadership Capital Group a distinguished diversity of connection with countless different executives at many different levels thus creating a holistic view to retained executive search and a keen ability to connect to a leaders’ purpose, vision and mission.

Dan lives in Elkridge, MD with his wife, two sons and dog “Bart”.
