Aurélie joined Ankaa Consulting as Head of Research. She manages the Research team and works on international assignments. She also contributes to the international development of the company.
She has recently conducted searches in Germany, UK, Spain, Benelux, Japan and Greater China.
Prior to joining Ankaa, Aurélie worked for leading British Executive Search firms recruiting executive directors and specialists at international level (Europe, Middle-East, Asia Pacific and Americas). She has significant experience in both local French and International recruitments for international blue-chip companies as well as for start-up companies in various sectors of activity: Technology & Telecoms, Consumer, Biotech, Fashion and Luxury goods and Finance... She is also used to work closely with venture capital firms to recruit the key managers for the companies of their portfolio.
Aurélie holds a degree in Business Administration from the ESC Group Rouen. She is a French national and is fluent in English, Italian and German.
