Jason is a self starter, beginning his career in the restaurant industry at age12, while still in secondary school. By age 25, and with 13 years in the industry, Jason was owner and operator of Little Italy, a successful restaurant in New Haven, CT before deciding to make a career change and step into finance and corporate America.
He joined Progressive Solutions Consulting as an Accounting Consultant working on financial restructuring and temporary Corporate Controller projects in various industries. Jason is an experienced Accountant with emphasis in Not for Profit, Financial Services, Direct Marketing, and other service-related business. He joined Leadership Capital Group in 2005 and oversees the firm's finance and administration area while also conducting financial officer searches on behalf of his and the firm's clients.
Jason is an Advisory Board Member of Growth and Development Services, a non-profit organization located in Washington Heights, NY that is dedicated to giving teenagers who are challenged by emotional, behavioral, and social issues the opportunity to reach their potential. An avid giver, Jason believes that giving back to the community is the secret to success. Jason resides in Norwalk, CT with his wife and two children.
