After graduating from one of the leading Business Schools in France, Lilian worked for four years for Thomson Multimedia, 2 of which were spent in Asia.
He then moved into the recruitment industry, joining Michael Page, where he spent 2 years, before leading the start-up phase of Morgan Howard in France during 1998.
Lilian participated to the creation of a network of 9 offices worldwide. Based on his achievements, he was invited to take the leadership role for Morgan Howard in the UK, being the largest office which he ran for 2 years.
From this international platform Lilian was able to develop valued relationships with major global clients. His particular personal interests are international business, particularly within the IT, Telecom and Consulting sectors, in Europe, the USA as well as in Asia-Pacific.
Lilian is 37 and speaks fluent French and English and offers the unique insights gained from being a French natural with experience of working in multi-national organizations, where he is highly capable of spanning and bridging various strong and diverse cultural contexts.
