Prior to joining Leadership Capital Group, she was the founder and for 25 years President of New York-based executive search firm Adam-Bryce, which established an impressive client base in the outsourcing/managed services, telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, retail, and consulting industries. Her searches have been in the technology, marketing, sales, operations, delivery and general management disciplines.

Nadine graduated with B.S. degree from SUNY-New Paltz in 1976, and recently relocated from North Carolina to Connecticut where she resides in Westport with her husband, two children, two cats and two golden retrievers.
