Managing Partner, Middle East & Africa Rudolph Cerqueira joined the firm in 2008 with a mission to add to the organization’s geographic coverage area and to bring further diversity of thought and experience to the organization. With over a decade of executive recruiting experience, Rudolph began his career after receiving a Masters in Human Resources at the University of La Sorbonne, Paris and an undergraduate degree in Economics. Rudolph worked for three years at DANONE Group. He then moved into the recruitment industry, joining Michael Page, where he spent two years, managing several teams including the sales and marketing division. He then spent three years leading the Interim Management Business Unit of TMP Hudson in France.

Earlier, Rudolph founded executive search firm Harrison Willis in 2002 to provide best in class executive search services to technology, oil & gas, manufacturing, retail and services industries across North Africa and the Middle East. He created a network of four offices in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Dubai. While leading this company, he led high-profile regional assignments for leading firms and CEO’s across North Africa and the Middle East, delivering engagements from Casablanca to Algiers and from Cairo to Dubai.

In 2004, Rudolph managed as an Executive HR Director in interim management the launch of Wataniya Telecom Algeria (the national mobile telecom operator) and hired 1,200 employees, with 14 nationalities and 90 expatriates.

Rudolph continues to serve a broad spectrum of clients; technology, retail, oil & gas, industrial and professional services firms, supporting their international expansion or transformation in Africa and the Middle East. Rudolph is 38 years old and speaks fluent French and English. He offers unique insights gained from his French and Spanish origin and work experience in multi-national organizations, where he is highly capable of spanning and bridging various strong and diverse cultural contexts.
